The vows constitute the Act of Legal Marriage. Celebrant Philip has an excellent range of vows, but his Celtic vows are very special.

One vow in particular is so emotional and so representative of Celtic & Scottish emotions that many a grown man has shed a tear saying them.

It must be noted that no matter what, there ARE legally required words that MUST be said during the vows or they aren't legally binding!
